and Trips:
Visit the old City with the picturesque alleys and the old Castle of
Naxos. Visit the Portara (the ruins of an old temple dedicated to
Apollo). There are organized daily tours of the island with
scheduled excursions or you can rent a car and make your own daily tours.. Enjoy the
beauty of more than 45 small villages spread on the island of Naxos and taste their
traditional local delicacies. Admire the churches from the Byzantine period and the old
castles. Take a daily trip around the best beaches of the island with a very
beautiful sailboat. Visit other nearby Cyclades Islands, such as (Myconos, Delos,
Paros, Santorini, Ios, Amorgos, Koufonisia) taking an organized daily trip from Naxos. |

Museums:
Naxos has a very interesting Archaeological
Museum, which houses works of art and objects of every day use, dating from the Late
Neolithic period to Early Christian times (5300 BC - 5th c. AD). |

| Jogging: The surrounding is ideal
for jogging. Different courses according to length and difficulty are given at the
reception. |

| Swimming: Besides the
pool and the sandy beach which is in front of Villa Marandi, there is a wide selection of
places to swim in Naxos. Naxos island is gifted in this aspect. Ag.Prokopios beach, is
considered to be one of the best beaches in Greece. |

Sports and Windsurfing clubs are present on the beach next to us, Laguna Beach (1km) or at
Agios Prokopios beach (1,5km), or at Agia Anna Beach (3km) and also at Mikri Vigla Beach
15km away. |
