total amount of the stay is necessary for confirmed reservations, paid via bank money
transfer or via Credit card

Cancellation policy:

50% of the
total cost of the
reservation is being charged, if we are informed less than 2 weeks
before the arrival date, for Season I & Season II, and 3 weeks before
the arrival dates for Season III & Season IV.

In case of non show or of
departure prior to the scheduled one, the whole amount of the reservation is being
charged..
